My account has expired

All eDrive accounts expire after a certain period of time (this is dependent on the type of eDrive account you have). If you receive an error message that your account has expired then you can contact the administrators of your account and request an extension.

If you are doing eDrive as part of an AA Defensive Driving Course then you will need to contact the DDC team at the AA on or the call centre on 0800 223 748 to request the extension.

If your request for the extension is granted then you will gain access to your eDrive account again for a limited period of time to complete your training.
